Permalink for this paragraph 0 Monday Morning: beginning at 8:15 a.m., 2 shuttles will take everyone who needs a ride from the hotel (meet at swimming pool) to Blocker for morning coffee/breakfast; shuttles will continue until everyone is here.
Please come to morning coffee at least one day in order to fill out paperwork if you are being reimbursed.
Note: Some of you have already sent Mary your paperwork, but she will still need a final signature and to arrange for you to send in your boarding passes and any other necessary receipts.

Permalink for this paragraph 0 Monday Evening: Beginning at 5:15, shuttles will pick people up in front of Blocker on Ireland St., making trips until everyone is back at the hotel and then to dinner on Monday beginning at 6:15 p.m. (meet at swimming pool).

If you prefer to drive to campus, paid parking is available at Northgate Garage next to Blocker and at University Center Garage on Throckmorton. They take credit cards (pay in advance at Northgate; pay as you leave at Univ. Ctr. Garage).
A map of parking garages and our meeting places is attached.
